A word of warning to anyone in the market for anything computer-wise.Stay well clear of this lot as they make it very difficult to return fauly good and want to charge you "re-stocking" fee for items you return that are clearly faulty and yet they claim are not. They also lie alot ,like when you return a laptop in the box they sent it in ,and then try and tell you you wrote all over it so they can't sell it(they shouldn't be re-seeling it anyway as it's broke).
Also they are forever changing there "re-stocking" fee from £35 then 20% then 10% then 15% then £25.
From what I have read on many websites they also take your money and don't deliver the product.

They're customer servive is one of the worst I have ever spoke to.They don't spek very good English which makes it twice as hard to get your point over.

Have you got proof the goods were faulty?
If you've lost out on a significant amount of money because of their restocking fee, contact your local Trading Standards...
If you paid by credit card, I think you'll be able to sort it through your card company.0
