Needed to order a fridge/freezer fairly urgently and after a bit of searching online I went with Appliances Online via Quidco.
As a first time customer I got free delivery by signing up to a Which trial for £1 and if you order before 6.00 pm you get next day delivery for free.
I was phoned twice confirming the four hour delivery slot and the driver phoned when 10 minutes away, they unpacked the fridge/freezer and took away the packaging and photographed the appliance before signing off the paperwork.
Pleased with my purchase, good price and excellent service all in all, would recommend.

Thanks. We will be looking for a large fridge freezer soon and although I would usually be wary of buying big items from a company I hadn't used, I will give them a look. I got a display model Neff induction hob from Comet for £239 on Monday, so I do like a bargain.0

Might just recommend this to the MIL. She is moving tomorrow and has only just found out she will need a washing machine. She is suggesting the removal men (my OH and sons) can just go to Costco and pick one up whilst they have the removal van......oh and plumb it in whilst there...that will be after they have dismantled everything, moved it and put it together again!0

Don't forget electrical123.com also (part of Coop) they to have great service and prices as the OP's company0

I've used the Coop Electrical and they were very good and competitive on price. The FF I was thinking of getting was actually cheaper at Marks and Spencer than Appliances On-line when I looked.
Re: Costco. They are not always the cheapest, but the customer service is very good and they sometimes give a longer warranty (5 years on tv's). John Lewis price match too, and often extend the warranty on appliances.0 -

I was originally going to use Marks as by the time you added the £30 delivery charge with Appliances Online it was going to work out the same as Marks until I went to book the next day delivery and discovered that Marks charge £9.99.
With the free delivery by taking the Which trial I ended up saving £40 so its best to read all the small print. Plus AO Quidco is .5% more0
