Abbey/Santander still can access online accounts

I was having problems last week when they started this OTP service. I have 2 different logins one business one personal. Business was fine personal kept giving me an error when i logged on. Called up was told it was cos my pasword wasnt strong enough and to change it. Anyway lots of passwords later and still no luck. I called again last night and they said both logins had been merged and something strange had happened. Anyway he said he had fixed it and to login I did and there was another error saying Ebanking is currently unavailable. He said that had been having problems with the online banking but shouldnt take long to fix.

Its now nearly close of business and its still not working, is anyone else having problems before I ring them again tonight?

Just out of interest what broadband provider do you have, they told me last night they where having problems on Sky and Tiscali, im on Orange in the house and BT in work but still no luck.
