Hi Guys
Just woundering if someone could give some advice, I'm in the process of buying a house and have put an offer in. After going to have a look at the house for the second time I noticed two 22mm copper pipe surface mounted on the wall just below the bay window going in to the gas meter, i'm just woundering if this is legal and should this be buired underground. It look abit dangerous say me or the misses put something outside and hit it by accident causing it to rapture. The gas supply was recently installed, it's a 1900's mid terrace house.

you often see them in the north, terraced houses. directly onto the street.
they usually have a large bit of angle iron around the pipe to protect it.Get some gorm.0 -
If you are worried about possible risk of damage damage, the gas people used a very substantial plastic capping on our gas pipe.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0
