Bought a bike thats Crap, can i ask for a refund

Hello Money Savers!

I am in need of some help. I recently bought a bike that cost £200 from cycle king, I have only had it a week and its broken twice,( snapped chain and now the gears aren't working properly.) I took it back once and they replaced the chain and now it has broken again I just want my money back.

Is it within my consumer rights to do this?

Many thanks

Jack

You can request a refund within a reasonable time. Unfortunately SOGA doesnt stipulate exactly what reasonable is.

IMO, i would say a week is plenty reasonable but as we all know, opinions differ :)

Ask them and see what they say.
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride
