How long... solicitor?

Hello - this is probably another one of those annoying "how long is a piece of string" questions, but I type in hope!
So - How long should it take for a solicitor to send the local authroity searches through to me - I can see from the conveyancelink.com that he received them on 22nd June, but I've not received them - my first thought is that there are a number of potential answers.
a) lost in the post :mad:
b) the searches have raised more questions, so he's holding on to it for those... last time we spoke he said there were PP issues, so this ight explain the whole kit and kaboodle...
c) I'm placing too much faith in the internet/solicitor, and I should just call and find out!
