Tax credits renewal (company director)

Hi
My husband has been a company director for just over a year, prior to that was self employed. Apparently as a co director he doesn't get a P60 so I'm not quite sure what to do with regards the tax credits renewal this time. The estimate I gave was based upon a portion of paid salary and monthly dividends that he was receiving. Do I just total up what was paid to him for the year and give them that as a final figure? Is that enough?
TIA

I am a co director and receive a P60 each year. You have to give all information regarding money received including dividends. Your husband should be filling in a tax return each year so the information is on there.0
