Natwest Application Missing ?

I applied for Natwest Currentplus account and got the paperwork through last Wednesday to sign and return which I did the same day. I thought I would call them up today to make sure they had got it and after quoting the reference number I was told they had not recieved it, the guy also checked two systems (Not sure why two) and said that they normally get them within 4 days. So he said that he would get another form posted to me to sign and return again, but if the 1st one turned up then I would still be proceessed.

Is 4 days a resonable time for them to get it, I would have thought a bit more than that or is that just me being hopeful since I hope they have not lost it !.

It was returned in their postage paid envelope to Bolton I think ?. It was more a matter of how long it would normally take to be open, and I thought that 4 days from Posting was a bit quick.

I think it can take about 7-10 days to open a new account.

The pre-paid envelope are not traceable, so you want to send your send your next one by recorded post of something to ensure its delivery.
