Fees when buying without a mortgage

If you have the cash then typically what would expect to pay in fees when buying a house?

That would depend on the length of the ball of string:rotfl:.

    What price is the house?

How old? Older property might require extensive searches.

    Leasehold?

Do you have a solicitor who may be more inlined to give you a good deal?

All the usual, just no mortgage arrangement fee.
You get to choose/pay for your own survey/surveyor.
Solicitor fees will be the same, but charges they want you to pay will be a bit reduced as they don't have to deal with a mortgage company.
    Stamp duty is the same.
