last week I left a post asking if anyone knows how to make good picalilli.
guess what? no replies!
surely there's someone out there with a tried/trusted recipe..............................isn't there?

My dad has asked me to make some of this for him a chunky version
does anyone have a good recipe for it ? he also wants gherkins in it where do i get these from in the jar from supermarket ? but there already pickled arnt they ?

I made it and it is stunning, i used defrosted green beans in place of the french/runner beans. I used courgettes and not gherkins.

I'm hoping that someone out there has a tried and tested recipe for a nice spicy mustard piccallili I can try. I've not made it before and fancy having a go. I don't much care for the mild/sweet type of piccalilli though!
