Hi,
if you scroll down this post there is a recipe for Piccallilli from Money Saving Diva.
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=14940701&postcount=10
I made it and it is stunning, i used defrosted green beans in place of the french/runner beans. I used courgettes and not gherkins.

I'm hoping that someone out there has a tried and tested recipe for a nice spicy mustard piccallili I can try. I've not made it before and fancy having a go. I don't much care for the mild/sweet type of piccalilli though!
I hope someone can help me.:cheesy:
