How much does a plumber charge for an hours work?

It seems that (would have been) Mrs Phil has a blocked toilet and she wants me to go around and have a look at it for her. Now how much is she going to owe me for doing this little job?

Pop round. Have a big dump in her loo. Try to flush it. When it doesn't work say "yeah it's boogered" shrug your shoulders and leave.

She is all back up and running again. She gave me £5 for doing it.
It was a case of too much crap and paper down it. I can not leave her with a none working loo can I? It was only a case of sticking on a pair of rubber gloves to be honest and taking all the rubbish out until it went down.
