I assume the computer is now infection free so as stated in earlier post, I think you can now uninstall lavasoft. Download avira (or other option first) then remove AVG through control panel and removal tool. Finally install avira.
Run scans every so often with both avira and malwarebytes should keep your computer in good shape.0
