    Unless you plan on being celibate for life, you have to do something to sort this out.

    If she's raw about breaking up, I don't expect she will be too chuffed when you bring home a date...

    If neither of you can afford to take it on, individually - in your Lender's opinion, not just your own - then you have to sell. I don't think PRPB schemes allow sub-letting.
