Child Tax Credit help, please?

Unlike my normal self, I returned my Tax Credit form promptly, well before the July deadline. I estimated my earnings for 2010/11 on what I had earned last year, and they came back saying there had been an overpayment, which I accept is correct.
Since then I have been given a new contract at work, and have increased my hours by 10 per week. Can I go back to them and ask them to reassess, based on my new income, which will only start in September.
It seems that if I leave it then I will just be adding to the overpayment, particularly as one child will not be eligible from September either.
Hope that someone can help me please!

I would personally wait until September, I dont think you'll be adding to the overpayment as long as you tell them as soon as your new hours and pay startSealed Pot Challenge Member 151
