More help needed with A&L

Hi all
I posted previously about basic questions about the A&L account but need further help!
I have had letters saying all the direct debits have been moved, and that to get my salary moved to fill in the credit redirection form that was with the welcome letter - I did not receive this form and the search facilitiy on their website is useless - does anyone have a link for this??
Also was wondering about the overdraft facility as have not heard about this? Or the free travel insurance cover that was supposed to be with this account - do they send a document on this or not??
Finally, I can't remember the terms and conditions (and again can only find generic information on the site) with regards to the amount that needs paying in each month - I believe £500 had to be paid in monthly?? Can anyone clarify this process? (if I dont move my salary can I just pay in the money to cover this and the DD that will now be coming out)
One more thing- received my card last week and still no pin number?! Is this unusual.
Many thanks
Tia

i got the travel insurance with my welcome letter, basically an A4 piece of paper with the policy printed on it. Came with the first letter giving me my account number and user id.
I printed off the credit redirection letter, cant find the link now, but my employer asked me to fill in our own form with a copy of the banks letter.0 -
You don't mention which account your are applying for.
If it is assumed that you have applied for their Preferred In-Credit Rate current account then the monthly minimum deposit is £1,000. This information is all available on their website. You really will need to do some of the research for yourself.
Their former Premier current account offering required a £500 monthly minimum deposit.
You don't need a letter from the new bank to ask your employer to change the account your salary is paid into. Just ask them once the bank has given the go ahead. It might be wise to wait until each DD has been collected at least once from the new account i.e. to make sure the companies have changed their records. Don't forget that your employer might take a little while to make the change. Keep a watchful eye on both accounts until salary and all DDs have successfully switched.
When I changed to A&L, I think the overdraft arrangement was included in their first letter. Check all correspondence from them and if neccessary call them.
Warning: In the kingdom of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.
