Sorry I misread your post earlier and thought you were both going BR.
Curly is correct, add up any thing that is personal to you ie: car, your debts, mobile, hair and then deduct that from your benefits and what is left is what you contribute to the joint household, which is everything else including kids.
Be prepared to explain this to the OR as you are contributing so little.
