perfect home

we ordered some sofas from this company which we were told would come friday then it changed to yesterday (tuesday) i then rang up to ask when i will get the sofas, the lad on the end of the phone had a attutide with me and just said thursday without saying sorry for the mistake i then tried to complain which he didnt listen too, after the phone call he rang my partner up and told her they had cancelled the contract we had with them is this possible????????????? we have 3 children and still want the sofas we ordered as we now have nothing to sit on, what can we do please help
