Job Interview - Tights or no tights???

I have a job interview on Saturday afternoon for a Hotel Receptionist position.

It's been a good few years since I have been for any interviews and I am a bit stuck on what to wear. I'm 25 and previous interviews have been quite informal and my suit is past it's best.

I have a plain black shift dress which is knee length or below (can't quite remember)and is very smart looking. Has capped sleeves so need to wear a blouse. Does this sound ok?
The forecast here for Saturday is hot/sunny with showers.

My dilema is, do I wear black tight or not? Thick or a low denier?

I don't want to be too hot and uncomfortable (as I usually am if I wear tights anytime!) or do I risk showing my peely wally legs which I hate! :rotfl:

Tights, low denier. If you don't want to be hot, then invest in some hold up stockings.

I agree, skin tone thin tights, don't go bare legged! Stockings or hold ups are not a bad idea but make sure you can't see the tops when you sit down and that they fit right and don't slip down your legs.

    Your shift dress sounds perfect.

stockings and no knickers. Sit opposite the (hopefully male) interviewer and keep crossing/uncrossing your legs.

Definitely skin coloured and I'd also say definitely tights unless you're 100% comfortable in stockings or hold ups (I'm not since a hold up fell down in a busy street! :o )

Shift dress sounds good. Sounds like simple understated jewellery to finish off and make sure shoes are immaculate.

    Best of luck!
