Capital one online applications

Applied for a capital one cc yesterday online and got all green ticks at the end. It said that they needed more information and would contact me in 7-10 days.Does this mean i probably wont be accepted. Any advice on what happens next? Will it be a phonecall for more informations like it was with the vanquis one and how long will i have to wait for the phonecall?
