hi all
kaspersky has discovered 5 trojans.have run full scan in kasperspy in safe mode this got rid of 2 trojans ran spybot this found some other things which i deleted but not the other trojans.ran malware bytes will post log at bottom of post.computer running as normal now no slow load times no freezing just concerned that kaspersky is still showing 3 trojans which i am unable to disinfect.is it safe to do online banking with these trojans still in place.

Download HIJACK THIS (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')

Click MAIN MENU then DO A SYSTEM SCAN AND SAVE A LOGFILE(Takes seconds) then post the log so we can see whats running
(do NOT do anything else with Hijack but scan and post the FULL log)
If you get a message that you cant write to the hosts file then Press the SHIFT key, and whilst holding it RIGHT CLICK and select RUN AS (admin)

Follow the simple instructions it gives

If it comes up with a RENAMING error then RIGHT click the exe file and RENAME and call it QWERTY (Making the complete file name 'QWERTY.exe') Or SAVE as 'QWERTY' on download

Your absolutely sure?
Just right clicking brings up the menu without it in vista
But right clicking (ON the hijack shortcut) WITH the shift key should look like this ~
(Mine doesnt have the 'shield' next to it though)
Only other thing I can think of is if UAC is switched on then maybe try switching it off then trying again ~
