Lisbon Top Secret Hotels Help Please

I stopped in a hotel near the Eduardo VII Park about 5 years ago (just can't remember which one...)and the location wasn't as bad as some suggest. I tended to walk into town, it's a fair stroll but it was downhill and then get a taxi or the train back (both of which were fairly cheap at the time)

I thought it was a different one as the "overview" was slightly different an i know there are a few hotels in that area!
