Atlantic Fixed Price To Sept 2011 Tariff
Anyone managed to get on this Tariff via the Atlantic Website?
After reading details on various 'switch' websites I assumed this was possible but when I contacted Atlantic I was told I had to use Southern Electric website, who do not give the 8.33% annual rebate.

This product is only available on price comparison websites such as energyhelpline.com. It was removed from the Atlantic website a few months ago.
You should be able to sign up and use quidco or another cashback website to get cashback on this product.0 -
I am having the same problem and hope I am not smelling a rat. I switched after going through energyhelpline but since then have not been able to find any details of the tariff etc. I thought Atlantic had a good customer record - beginning to wonder.......0

The tariff was withdrawn from further sales on or just before 16th July 2010.
The 8.33% is how energyhelpline handles the credit of 1 month's payments after 12 months continuous payment by monthly DD (discount still applies)
You could contact the supplier to confirm what tariff you are currently on and the rates applicable to you on that tariff.
Atlantic is a trading name of Scottish & Southern Energy. Unfortunately when you contact their Customer Service, the people answering often only refer people to the SSE website rather than the specific website for the supplier tariff you are on. This often happens to ebico customers too."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100
