    always loved marmite...i guess you would either use oats or ricecrispies as your base, combined with some sort of melted fat ie butter then melt some marmiye as you would with golden syrup or honey

    basically just dont add sugar and substitute the syrup, treacle or honey with marmite

    hope this helps, but its all i can think of

    My dd1 and I loooove Marmite (or should I say asda or tesco own brand much cheaper version!!!). Will definitely be trying the ones in livalots post when I come back from holiday. They sound perfect!

    I love Marmite as do my girls, but we didnt like the bars, just didnt seem right

    There must be something wrong with me...I'm thinking what a brilliant idea:o
    If you want to bring the cost down further we buy the own brand version by Tesco...OH is a real Marmite fan but he finds this one a very acceptable alternative.
    My OH puts Marmite in with his cheese straw mix.
