TV Stand

Hi,

I hope someone can guide/advise me on the purchase of a cantilever TV stand. My budget is £100-150.

I recently purchased the Samsung 46" UE46C6530 and want to be positioned in the corner of the room.

I've searched around many websites and found these TV stands and would like your opinion on them please and whether
it'll suit the corner location.

Opus 2 - Notation Furniture - Stand & Deliver

STUK 2055 - Piano Black Glass top TV stand

FS205 Universal 32" to 60" Plasma LCD TV Floor Stand Bracket

I like the FS205 with the idea of a seperate stand for the centre speaker.
Unfortunately it's not shaped for a corner position. Is that a problem? I have seen other post where it has been used in the corner.

Has anyone got these stands? if so, what are they like?

If I end up getting a corner stand, can I still put the front speakers on the top shelf? I know it's not ideal.

I intend to purchase a 5.1 Home Cinema system soon but have the added problem of where to position the front speakers. So my thoughts were to mount the TV on the cantlever and place the front speakers on either end of the top shelf.

I have kids in the house and do not want extra stands for the front speaker if I can avoid it.

At the moment I only have a SKY box, a DVD player and Wii. So the the new stand should accomodate these units and a new HC Receiver aswell.

Thanks.

PS:
Just come across another stand, this time from Laskys at £115 compared to £150'ish elsewhere online (eg Comet, which I beleive is the same company).
It's the S&C brand:

S & C TV STAND - Up to 50 inches TV Stand | Laskys.com

I know Costco have just started to sell the S&C stands when I visited today but not sure of the price as their labelling was incorrect and they had to sort it out. I'll be visiting again.

Any comments?

Regards.
