Two claims with the same bank??

Hi - Can anyone please advise if it is possible to try and re-claim PPI charges on more than one policy with the same bank??

Thanks

Hi there and as Foggster confirms - yes you can.:D

I had a credit card ppi to reclaim and a few loan ppi's and successful so far also all with Lloyds, so if you were mis sold the ppi for any reason go for it, although I would keep your reclaims separately and complete the complaint reclaim FOS questionnaires instead of writing letters.
You can write a letter if you want to, but the FOS questionnaires are quite new.
Complete and save a copy as well and send to Lloyds to make a reclaim, they have 8 weeks in full to respond.

The FOS questionnaire on link below - further down the page as Stage one.;)

    Good luck.
