HELP!!!! I've got WHite fly on my brassicas!

Hi all, what's the best (and cheapest!) way of controlling white fly? SO far I can only see them on my sprouts. I'm pretty sure they weren't there yesterday so hopefully I can catch them early!! Will a water/soap spray work?

You need to get up very early, you will find the flies are slow to wake up and you can squish them, you won't get all of them, but you will help.
Just be careful not to do more damage to the leaves than you save by squashing the white fly.
