We had a buyer, he didn't get in touch after the auction.
3 days after it's end he was sent a second invoice. He replied to this stating he had sent a postal order.
2 days later (the Friday) he was sent an email asking if the postal orders had been sent. We sent another email the next day. On the Sunday he was sent a final email asking him to get in touch by the end of the day and we heard nothing.
The following day we started NPB and low and behold the chap paid by paypal. He said that our address must be wrong as the postal orders were returned to him (our address is not incorrect).
We sent out the item by SD and he has left feedback.
We haven't as yet because we haven't decided what to say. I have to say we usually leave feedback the day the item is posted but this chap has messed us around somewhat.
He is now hasseling for feeback. We have had 2 messages so far - the second one saying "I'm still waiting for feedback please"
Any suggestions as to what we can say in his feedback? All was ok apart from his lack of communication and slow payment.
Also would you leave feedback while he's hasseling or in your own time?

If he asks for feedback dont give it! Though its entirely upto you I hate it when people contact me to leave feedback and often dont leave it as a result. Out of a matter of interest what is his feedback like at the moment? I assume he has left a positive feedback? I dont think he deserves a negative, and not really sure about the positive and neutral.
If you want him off your back you could always leave feedback saying 'slow(ish) payer and hassled me for feedback', After writing that I think I would give a neutral - is he reasonalby newbie and perhaps doesnt know the feedback is optional?Weight Loss - 102lb0 -
He has a feedback of 15.
We weren't thinking of negative. It will probably be a positive but briefly explain the problem we had.0 -
Maybe use neutral feedback and explain the problem.
When selling I tend to never leave feedback unless it has been left for me, just in case the buyer mucks me around. This also forces the buyer to leave feedback as they will want feedback too.0 -
I just wouldn't leave him any feedback - just ignore him!0

Feedback is voluntary, so up to you if you leave it or not. He's on a low score, so wants to build it up.
If he took longer than 7 days to pay, I'd leave neutral, stating slow payment and hassling for feedback. If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0 -
You sent 5 email s(including invoices) in a week? That seems rather a lot, I don't even bother sending a second invoice until at least day 6 or 7...as you accept payment methods that involve the post you may need to factor in a little patience in future. For cheque payers I wouldn't normally even expect their cheque until day 7-10.
As for your buyer asking for feedback for me that is a no no and i probably wouldn't leave them any.

id leave a positive but mention something about the communication and payment not being the best but all was ok in the end.
as for askling for feedback he has a low score and is desperate to build it up,some people take offence but it never bothers me as i can see where there coming from, maybe if he wants quick feedback left he should sort his communications out better though;)
