iva nightmare

too late, i decided enough was enough, i have sent all my creditors a letter and offered them a lump sum, i just can't be doing with this iva thing hanging over my head for the next 4/5 years its constantly on my mind, and i am so worried about the equity in the house as well, none of this was really explained to me when i took the iva out and i wished i had tried other options first. i just want it over and done with0

Please please get some free advice and speak to your IP also - if your IVA fails your creditors can make you bankrupt and you could loose your house (as far as I know) - this is not the time to be panicing and running about making snap decisions - as someone has said - if you jointly have any financial links his credit rating is going to be affected.
Please take time to research your options - there is plenty of advice on here and the free places can help too.

I know you're not enjoying your IVA but you can still make your F&F offer to end it early by doing so INSIDE your IVA rather than going outside your IVA...
Your IP will be there to help you on this!Would you ask the wolves to look after the sheep?
