Asda is cheaper if you want braded items/ offers / cleaning products etc. Morrisons is definately cheaper though for fresh food and general food shop items - milk/ bread etc

If you eat a lot of ready meals, Asda all the way

Worked for Asda for a (short )while. Their stuff is not inferior and the cleaning we had to do was horrendous, reason i left. Don't mind hard work but it was just to much. I shop at Morrisons mainly and a few odd things from asda. Their meat i have always found to be good.

I used to shop at Tesco but when my elderly mum came to live nearby several years ago she insisted I take her to Morrisons as that's where she was used to shopping. I started doing our weekly shop there too, since I was there with her it made sense to avoid making a second trip elsewhere.
I find Morrisons is much cheaper than Tesco, and regularly has good offers. Of the things I buy, the quality is just as good. For some reason, OH insists on getting his yoghurts from Tesco though, and he picks them up himself on the way home from work.
I don't like Asda myself, I find the store is far too big and overfacing, I can't find what I'm looking for.
