Morrisons vs ASDA. How good are they according to you? Is ASDA cheaper that Morrisons or they other way around. I find that M have quite alot of cheaper products than A everytime I go there. What about quality...

I voted neither, because for one supermarket to be cheaper than another, all the items sold by that shop would have to be cheaper.

A better question would have been "Is asda cheaper for the things you buy"

ASDA maybe cheap but in my experience the quality is far lower. Unfortunately they're the only remaining supermarket in my area which is still 24 hour.

Asda is cheaper for what I buy and much better quality than Morrisons.

I tried meat in Morrisons and it was the most substandard meat I have ever bought.

I think each store is different though.

I find Asda generally cheaper but find that Morrisons tend to have better weekly special offers.

For quality generally I find they are both quite similar, but I do prefer the Morrisons fish counter though.

I find Asda cheaper on single items. but when it comes to offers such as bogof's etc, then Morrisons is better. Personally I don't buy meat at the supermarket as I find them all to be substandard in comparison to a butchers. I have a great wee butchers nearby that does great offers so it tends to be cheaper than the supermarket anyway. Overall best to do a bit of shopping at both to get the best overall deals - if you have both near you that is.

Morrisons, all the way! I find Asda has some very good deals, but the quality is dire. Morrisons has good quality and good prices, for the most part.

For the specific things I buy then Asda is miles cheaper. I wouldn't dream of buying meat, fish or fruit and veg there though. I buy from local butchers, fishmongers and greengrocers so as others have said I can only comment on the things I buy not those that I pay no heed to whatsoever

I prefer Morrisons out of the two on quality and price, although the Asda near me is much bigger so has the advantage of clothes and a bigger variety of food. I can't stand the people who shop in my local Asda though, but that's maybe the area I live in..
