JSA interview and job interview clash...

Quick question........
Would it be ok to rearrange my 13 week JSA interview, as I have secured a job interview for the same date, and at around the same time.
Dont really want to have to rearrange the job interview, as this never looks good, and simply getting interviews is hard enough at the moment!:)
I agreed to the time and date of the JSA interview last week when signing on, but obviously was not aware of the interview at that point..........is it likely to cause me any problems??

What did the JCP say when you asked them this question?
It should be fine, but it is pretty obvious that only one organisation can give you a definitive answer!Gone ... or have I?0 -

Only just checked my email now, JCP is closed, unable to ring them until the morning........obviously they would have been my first port of call had I found about the job interview earlier

Ring them tomorrow, as suggested, and when you go to the re-arranged interview take a copy of the invitation to the interview.0

Do make sure that you contact them in some way on the day of the appointment as otherwise it creates more paperwork for you and them and may delay your payments.Nothing to see here :beer:0
