I was watching an old TV program yesterday and it was all about this new craze called BTL.
Bacon, Tomato and lettuce has been around for a long time TBH and is often seen as the healthy option in the Bacon sandwich choices.
BESM is a personal favorite but can be a bit heavy on the old fat content.
But keep bacon as a treat and the choice is yours really.0 -

I was watching an old TV program yesterday and it was all about this new craze called BTL. Apparently I can buy new build or off plan with no money down, I think its called a gift deposit. And then sit back and watch the money roll in. With such a brilliant deal I wondered why so little was mentioned about it nowadays?
Anyway, just sharing the news, trying to help out fellow MSEers. According to the presenters you can't fail.
Or at least back then you couldn't.
There's not many with the funds left these days. They all bought in March 2009 and are currently 13% up on their investment with tenants paying off their debt.0 -

Most, if not all, will be on interest only mortgages.
So none of the debt will be being paid off."The problem with quotes on the internet is that you never know whether they are genuine or not" -
