Is anyone having problems with o2 home phone??

Hi,

I changed my phone over to o2 in may and i am dis-appointed in the service i am receiving.

They seem unable to provide caller display and call waiting both of which i had with BT before switching.

When i call customer services they keep me hanging on the line and keep telling me the same thing:there is a problem with their system.

I have broadband with them as well but i am now considering moving both to a new provider.

Is anyone else experiencing these problems??

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having difficulty adding Caller Display and Call Waiting to your home phone service.
