Volunteer and get your windows put in, most likely.

This sounds like a foolproof answer to antisocial behaviour. I can't imagine there would be any repurcussions from reporting your neighbours as anti-social on the television.

In all honesty though, the type of well mannered and socially adept individuals that act in this way won't be up early enough to see the report, so you probably won't be discovered.

Or maybe you could embrass and shame your neighbours into not acting the way they do. Or they more likely will enjoy being on tv and the notoriety. Then put your windows through.
There will be someone who the lure of being on TV will be too much though.

My other half is good at grunting on occasion - would that be any good if you're stuck for volunteers?
