Debit card - How long before ur account is debited?

I can't believe that not one person who has responded has told the OP that they should not spend extra on their debit card if they have already made a transaction!!! The funds may get debited two or three days later, but they should not spend extra on that basis.0

don't despair you may able to claim that charge back. same thing happen to me at Nationwide just like yourself first time ,I wrote a nice grovelling letter to the branch and I had my charge back within a weekYung
