Hi All,
Does anyone know what i have to do in order to see all the notes held on my British Gas Account?

I assume a FOI (freedom of information) request should cover it.
Costs a ten spot (or something along those lines).

Might be a subject access request as they are not governmental in nature.

Hi Tinkabell - Don't know what your exact problem is, but BG have to supply copies of all your bills going back 6 years for free if yoy request them in writing

Tinkabell - is there something particular you are looking for?
You need to write in requesting the information under the data protection act (think it's called a subject access request), and they can charge you up to £10 for this, but may redact bits of it if they feel it infringes someone else's privacy to give you that information.
Not sure if what dogshome said is true - they may need to give you a summary of what you have been charged and paid, but probably not copies of those exact bills.
