What website was it? Has she contacted the seller to see if they will give her a refund? She might have to pay return postage but at least that way she might get some of her money back.

Or, she might have some recourse if she paid for the shoes using a credit card, if she contacts her credit card provider and lets them know what's happening.

Apart from that, there isn't much can be done I would think due to the difference in countries and legal systems.

If it was a UK registered company she purchased them from, she can return them under the distance selling regulations so long as it's not been more than 7 days.

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

Which website was it? If they are registered or trading in the UK you might have a chance of a refund, elsewhere (particularly outside Europe) your chances are probably slim...

Get her to take it up with her credit card company and she's more likely to get results.

  • Thx for the replies, the site the shoes were purchased from is .christianlouboutin. outfit . com if they are listed as a fake site, do the think the credit card company will give a refund ?? or will my sister get a brush off ?? once again many thx 4 your replies

You should try and resolve the matter with the company first and keep that evidence. If they fail to help then try and pursue through your credit card presenting the evidence you have.

    Good luck.
