Chase Up Welcome claim?

Hi,

I sent my forms away to Welcome on the 4th June still haven't had any word from them yet. I know I said 8 weeks on it but would it hurt to call them and see whats happening?

Also should I call the local branch I sent it to to or a head office number?

There is no harm done to ring them either at the head of your branch where they could check the progress of your reclaim, good luck.;)

Well I gave them a bell and they said they had my complaints and they are in the queue to be calculated and a settlement figure will be sent out in the next week or so... at least I know that they have it and it is being dealt with.

The cash would come in really handy just now as we have finally set a date for the wedding and every penny is a prisoner!
