What uses for - Surplus foil underlay

Hello
I have just had laminated flooring fitted in my home. I was left with a surplus of unused, foil underlay, approx half a roll. Which is not required for any other flooring.
Rather than throw this away, does anybody have any good ideas how this might be utilised? Not enough for my loft which is very well insulated anyway, as is my home which is solar heated.

Cook a whole load of turkeys ?
Sorry, couldn't resist :-) How about using it to line the walls behind radiators - it's supposed to reflect heat back into the room and reduce heat loss through the walls ? You say your house is solar heated, I don't know if that means you still have radiators or not ?
If you can't make use of it, stick it on freecycle, I'm sure there would be plenty of people who would be glad of a bit of free insulation - would be better than throwing it away.0 -
or use it in the garden, ie for a cold frame?Get some gorm.0

If you go camping you could use it under your airbeds to stop the clod air transferring to you
What about using it inthe shed as insulation
Have to check the safety aspect but what about insulating around your bath so water stays hotter for longer- but please check any safety issues with this suggestion before trying it.0 -
Make foil hats and sell them on ebay to paranoid people.
Make a rocket or spaceship for kids/grandkids etc. (or get them to make it themselves)0 -
