Rage at Microsoft, 5 days of unacceptable service & still no solution!

- 5 days trying to resolve Windows Live log in issiues which is unacceptable and still no feasible solutions!:mad: (Note: this is not as simple as it seems)
- 10th July (:mad:another 4 days!) is a date I will be contacted replied Microsoft Customer Service Representative this morning
- ERRONOUS technical feedback
Very poor and compromising service from online Windows Live representative - 7 times I have contacted 'microsoft contact us' and online complaint links
- :(4 Microsoft Customer Service Representative now have replied in person, again rage, :mad:another 4 days someone will contact me
- :mad:Rage as my email is for personal and professional use everyday
- Now feeling distressed and very angry!!!
In Summary...
1) Forgot my Windows Live ID password Friday 2 July, this is not as simple as it seems
2) 'Reset your password page' not helpful as I cannot access my account to reactivate password, again becuase I forgot my password,
3) Secret question/answer security question ERRONOUS and not useful becuase it asked an old and wrong question!
4) Windows Live representative rejected my validation answers even though were 100% CORRECT!, I then submitted additional info, but he never got back to me since Saturday 3 July
5) I've exhausetd all 5-6 online recovery/activation / live help support and feedback links
But, it is not helpful...
I forgot my password Friday 2 July, after entering my email, the characters in the picture and then clicking 'Continue', the response message is 'Reset your password, Send password reset instructions to me in e-mail, Instructions will be sent to my email at hotmail the next option is 'Continue' OR 'Cancel'...
But, again...
I cannot click 'Continue' becuase I forgot my password.
And...
It's the same process with Secret Answer and Alternate e-mail address process. To try sending a password reset via the Secret Answer or rvrn to my alternate email is the same 1) enter email, 2) enter characters in picture, 3) click 'Continue', 4) finally with the Continue OR Cancel option, 5) once again, I cannot continue and retrieve info from my email account becuase I forgot my password.
After multiple attempts I went to Windows Live ID Validation Page to aid 'Account Password Recovery'...not helpful
And again, the same process of 'Secret Answer Try answering your secret question: go here. Your alternate e-mail address'...enetering email and characters in picture box.
Finally, I went through a validation link and had to give lots of info, it asked the wrong Secret Answer question, an old question I had used ages ago and not the recent Secret Answer question, I got it wrong and when I realised I put in the answer it first requested, 99% of my info submitted was correct, but :(Windows Live staff rejected my form. I replied and ssubmitted additional information 2 times, but no response since Saturday 3 July!

4) Your answers obv different to the ones you reg.d with. Your fault
5) So you've given up. Your fault.
They'll respond eventually.
When I forgot my password (and I used made up details as password resets are p!ss easy to guess) I just mentioned the last 2 or 3 emails I had and they reset it straightaway.0 -
