Advice needed regarding rented flat

Hello everyone,
i moved in with my partner a few months ago and we recently broke up and she kicked me out of the flat.
we both got a joint tenency agreement and a family member of mine was the guarantor to enable us to rent the flat.
Now the problem is that she has stopped paying rent on the flat but is still living there and me and the guarantor are now getting phoned everyday saying we need to pay the rent.
she is refusing to pay anything and also not willing to move out of the property. the agreement is due to end in a few months but im worried she wont leave or hand in her notice and continue not to pay rent on the flat. is there anything i can do to either get her out the flat so i can take on the agreement or get my and the guarantors name off the agreement.
any help would be appreciated.
thanks

why is the landlord not taking possession proceedings to get her out of the flat and why is he not also chasing her for the rent ?
legally you are both equally liable for all of the rent, as is the guarantor if neither of you pay the rent in full
when exactly did you move in and how long was the agreement ?0 -
The agreement was 6 months and began in march. i was kicked out in april.
it has been done through a letting agency, i have informed them of the situation but they are not botherd by this and said they just want the money.
They have contacted her but she has said she cant pay and to come to us for the money im not in regular contact with her anymore so i cannot say weather they are still contacting her for the money.
i would be willing to move into the flat and pay for the rest of the agreement but she will not move out and i dont want to pay for her to sit in the flat and get a free ride when she kicked me out in the first place.0 -
If your name is on the lease and you are paying rent then you are entitled to live there! She would need a court order to remove you, move back in and tell her to go herself if she doesn't like it.0

i know its not as easy as moving back in with her tho... our relationship wasnt a good one and will only cause more stress moving back in. plus she would do everythin possible for me to not move back in.0
