    Seem a little bit unusual in this market.
  • Dont dig yourself in any deeper than you already are. Try to pay down your mortgage and charge and enjoy your baby.

    Baby doesnt care where you live.

    Dont get stressed out about a situation you cannot at this time change.

    You might feel crowded where you are but people have brought up babies in much smaller cramped conditions for millenia. Its only really going to matter once you're thinking about schools so for now concentrate on making the best of what you've got and getting your finances in the best state for moving when the time is right.
