Bad bidder on ebay

I have an itme bidded on by somebody with a rating of -2 as he hasnt paid for items. If this guy wins (hopefully not I have 5 people watching) do I have to sell to him?

also somebody has retracted a bid stating they cant contact me, how do i let other buyers know they can (put in item description that despite the retraction I will reply to any e-mails that i recieve)?

  • If it was me I would cancel the -2 persons bid asap and block them from bidding again as I wouldn't want to take the risk personally!

firstly, you can use the "BLOCK BIDDER" facility should you not want your -2 bidder to bid on your items, you can also canel the bidders bid by clicking on the item bid history (the little number nshowing the total number of bids), you can just cancel out a persons bid, you will also be asked to give a reason, which should be honest and respectful.
you can also go to the sellers preference tab and set specific levels of bidders you want bidding on your items, for example, biddrs with negative feedbacks, bidders from country's you dont ship to, bidders who have won to many items in a specific time frame, all these types of settings can be introduced so as to protect your-self.
with regards replying to emails sent to you, sure, just go to the item, click the revise item icon and the add to the items description.
hope these few points help out,
    kind regards
