Someone please help. My iPhone will not restore, lost everything?

I posted a question on the forum yesterday:

Instead of using firmware I dont know I decided to use the 'repair' option in itunes and then try again. Unfortunately this didn't fix it so I decided to restore my phone (regular back ups made).
Got thorugh that and then when selecting sync from the options menu here:
I then get the following Error Message:
So I cannot restore and may have lost my contacts etc. I tried to call Apple earlier but the close at 7.45pm.
Could someone please help me?

First of all you fail to say what model it is as that could be vital info, second I take it you have been sensible and made sure contacts etc are syncronised with outlook or similar, if so just search on google for how to do a factory reset on whatever model you have the plug in with itunes and it will resync.Approach her; adore her.
