Ring Customer Services, spend 10 minutes at 7p a minute to a Call Centre in India........idiot speaks very little English, and sounds like she is on the other end of piece of string. Eventually gives me another number to call as cant find item or understand me (I do not have a strong regional accent) gives me wrong number, call other number in Catalogue "Sorry computers are down, call in an hour"..............Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!11:mad: :mad: :mad:
If I had my way I would close down all foreign call centres for UK companies, they are all either clueless, or can not understand them / you.
