So over a week has passed and no update  Nothing much has happened to be honest, my savings goal hasn't changed but I have decided to approch it in chunks. This is mainly due to having my outgoings change (again) and less disposable remaining. However I will still strive to save as much as possible each month, as always

My nsd's are going well, in the last 11 days I have had 5 :j I need another 10 before the 14th which I certainly can achieve. I also need to cut back on toiletries. I mentioned this before in an old diary but I have far too many (except shampoo) and enough to keep me going I hope until christmas. So I am going to pledge that I will buy no more unless I run out of the product.
I am still looking for a new job. I have been looking for fulltime work but I am now looking at other p/t work too. If that means moving to a p/t job that allows me to get a second job then so be it. Sadly our contracts are due to change in work which require a huge amount of flexiblilty which means getting a second job will be impossible. Not giving up get...0 -

Didn't realise you had a diary, just popping in to say hello! :hello:Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Thanks all for your concern, I did indeed take a few weeks off MSE, both for my piece of mind and just for some time out. I am now back and still trying to balance everything.
So 'big' news is I am leaving my job, I don't have a new job lined up yet. I know that sounds really crazy but a huge leap of faith is needed. Work has been getting progressively worse these past two years and its getting to the stage where I am coming home depressed and with a headache each night, bear in mind I only work a max of 5 hours per day, you can see the problem. So I am going to chance my luck and hand my notice in and hope for a christmas temp job if nothing else.
Moneywise I am doing really well, still out of debt (once I repay the vets fees this month on my CC) although I do have something on my Argos card for family, its 0% though. Looking further on I can pay I will be fine to pay my outgoings until the middle of December, so if the worse comes to the worse I am okay until then. Thats depending on no major problems arrising. However I am sure I will be able to secure some kind of job before then.
So thats be, balancing life as best as I can, playing my hand with the cards I have been dealt

Sometimes you need that push, so best of luck to you PAP. It's never worth your health and you have lots of retail experience so shouldn't have too much problem temping. Good luck on the next stage

Also, weren't you interested in Care work? Someone I know has just walked into a Care Assistant job, no experience in any job at all, so apply if that's what you want to do!No longer using this account for new posts from 20130
