Sometimes you need that push, so best of luck to you PAP. It's never worth your health and you have lots of retail experience so shouldn't have too much problem temping. Good luck on the next stage :D

Also, weren't you interested in Care work? Someone I know has just walked into a Care Assistant job, no experience in any job at all, so apply if that's what you want to do!

Thanks gem, yes I was and there is a jobs fair for a retirement home next saturday, so guess where I will be going ;) I have heard of people getting care work with no experiance in the past but for some reason I thought they wouldn't want me. Now I will just apply/send my Cv and see. They can only say no, I haven't got time to worry about my hang-ups now :D

  • Hiya Pap, I understand why you left your job. Good luck with finding something new x Just think, a nice new empty page to work with.
This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
    Fingers crossed x

Thanks Gem, I shall do. I did apply for some apprenticeships but everyone under 25 are now going for these as some 'trained' jobs are few and far between. I think I need to stop thinking can I, am I good enough and just do it! If the employers think I am good enough they will call me for interviews. I am even applying for trainee manager ~ yes me :p

Thanks Pen, some 'people' may think I am mad, some 'people' will call me stupid but I am too young to be mentally scared of going to work. New chapter for Pap, and hopefully new life.
  • Sounds like a fab plan to me :D
