Does anybody know if Budget Car Rental allow dogs in their cars?

Had a search on their web-site and can't find any info!

    Do they allow under 2's in their cars?:D

    You can carry a cement mixer in it if you want! Just be aware if you cause any damage then expect to be charged for it
