Obaby Pushchair

Last year I bought an Obaby Zezu pushchair from kiddicare.com and as I'm looking to buy a new pushchair as I don't like the straps on the Zazu and I didn't want to buy another pushchair with straps like it, I took a trial with Which to see which ones they recommend. I noticed a review for my currant pushchair the Zazu and I was shocked to read...
This pushchair failed some elements of the British Standards BS EN 1888:2003 and BS 7409:1996 and as such is not suitable for sale in the UK.
After reading this am I entitled to take this further as I now no longer trust or want the Zazu since it's failed some standards and how would I take it further

In the same report on the The O'Baby ZeZu, Which also said...All pushchairs must have a two part safety mechanism for folding the chair but on this model you can bypass one of the stages, which is a failure of the British and European safety standards for pushchairs. We don't think this problem is dangerous.
