Printer resetting ink levels?

I have changed both ink carts in my Canon Pixma 210 and all is working fine. However the ink levels are still showing as empty. Is there a way of resetting to show them as full?

I take it these are non-original copies, not Canon carts? Do you mean is there any way built into the printer? No.

You can buy stand-alone chip resetters - last time I looked they cost around £20.
